Brownsville Area School District will be holding Kindergarten Registration for the 2024 - 2025 school year on Thursday, April 18, 2024, and on Friday, April, 19, 2024. Any child who will be five (5) years old before August 1, 2024, is eligible to enroll.

Registration paperwork information will be collected via our Student Information System, ALMA.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) of incoming kindergarten students will need to call the BAES Main Office to schedule an appointment to bring their children to the building to be screened
(on either April 18 or April 19) for the upcoming school year. Appointments can be made starting on Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, April 12 by calling the BAES Office at 724-785-9600.

Registration paperwork will be available for completion beginning on March 13, 2024, and must be completed by April 12, 2024. Please see the instructions below on completing the online documents.

If you currently have children enrolled in the Brownsville Area SD

• Log into your ALMA account

• Select "Go to ALMA Start" at the bottom of the screen

• Click the + sign in the left hand column and follow the prompts on the screen

If you do not currently have children enrolled in the Brownsville Area SD:

• Visit basd.almastart.com

• Choose "Create Account" from the top of the screen

• Follow the instructions for creating your account

• You will receive an email requesting that you verify your account

• Click the link in the email to verify your account. You will be redirected back to ALMA Start

• When redirected back to ALMA Start, this time choose "Sign In" at the top of the page and use your newly created credentials to log in

• Follow the instructions for enrolling your child
